Open as App does not work #94

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open Fauxbar page (i.e. Home)
2. Set default view to "Apps"
3. Click on App

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Expected -> App page opens as an app, and moves to the front of all open tabs.
Actual output -> App page opens, but not as an app and remains as the last tab

Which version of Fauxbar and Chrome are you using, and which operating
system?
Fauxbar 1.2.5
Chrome 16.0.912.63
Mac OS X 10.6.8

Please provide any additional information below.

Dupe of issue #88.

Need to add further right-click context menu options, so you can choose how the 
app should open.
