~when https://github.com/JonasPammer/ansible-roles/issues/64 was successfull and https://github.com/JonasPammer/cookiecutter-ansible-role/issues/125 was implemented, implement thing in first linked issue instead~ Update: this idea was scraped as renovate's pip-compile module is not yet ready for real use
