Added new functionality, restructured code, addded further documentation #79
Added and restructured a bunch of stuff as visible in the commits.
Next up is the restructure of the project folder to allow better data handling while working with multiple variants.
After that working with the tool will have the highest priority. To do list will be reevaluated from a user stand point.
