Mention mercurial #5

I personally have no experience with it and I don't know if it's any good, but I think you should at least mention it if you write a section about DVCSs in a book about Python.

I've heard, that mercurial must be good, but I've never used it either.

Once, I've read a comment from one of the Bazaar-developers (I think it was, when some large project, maybe Emacs, switched from Bazaar to git about a year ago), who stated, that git is the most mature distributed version control system today. This comment, its wide usage and my pleasant experiences with git made me think that git is the most relevant version control system.

I'll play around with mercurial a little bit, so I'm able to write a few lines about it, but I don't think, that it will be discussed in detail.
