cant upload new songs, server not responding.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.go to net browser
2.type in url: http://ip adress:9002
3.hit enter

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
i expect to go to the page where i can upload more songs, instead it says the 
server cant be found or is not responding.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
tapmania 0.3.1
ipod touch 2gen
sowtware 4.2.1
Please provide any additional information below.
my ipod is not jailbroken

usually that means you are on different wifi hotspots. closing as i never seen 
this
