Song selection wheel needs to be rewritten #139

The current song wheel is crap. It needs to be rewritten so that the animation 
is not physics based and so that it looks good. It should be much closer to 
stepmania or arcade feel.

It's rewritten and works better now. However the animation is still not smooth 
due to intensive logging and loading of banner images. Perhaps we need to cache 
the banner images (and other images related to the song on the wheel).

Almost ready. Animation is still not sweet enough for me though. Will try 
something different for touchscreen input and hopefully that will work better.
