Wheel items should support X offset by wheel item ID #149

Currently we layout all items on same X axis value. It would be cool to add X 
offset from the baseline per wheel item ID (where 0 is the first wheel item at 
the top). This would allow a curved selection wheel which is cool for custom 
themes.
