Song wheel needs to skip score/bpm/banner update if scrolling is fast #153

Currently the bpmdisplay, score, banner, etc. are updated directly when we move 
between songs on the wheel. There must be a bit of a delay (0.2-0.3?) so that 
fast scrolling is actually fast and without interrupts.
