Support for song packs #44

So far there is no support for song packs in tapmania, as in people cannot 
make a folder containing songs inside the song folder unlike in stepmania 
where that folder becomes a collection/song pack and users get to filter out 
which pack they want to see

That's true. I think this is something we will need in near future. This will 
also
simplify smzip installations. However this is pretty hard to implement because 
there
is much to rewrite for this.
