Progress bar for song upload #77

there needs to be a progress bar that shows how much is done, estimated time 
left (maybe) 

then when upload is finish it would show some done graphic or something and 
maybe play a effect it should be customisable also

sorry for the general description lol having exams soo cant think about it 
too much for now

not a defect :)
will do sometime in the future. probably during development of the tapdb thing 
with
Archivolt..

You can't do this correctly without javascript to display the progress and php 
to
handle the file progress, so this idea is pretty dumped.
