tm self update system? #78

kinda like an online game where it connects to a server then check local file  
list and version against the server's then download and updates only those 
updated files 

this way it saves time uploading to some other server then waiting like 1 day 
for cydia (not sure about apple) then waiting for people to download the entire 
game again which waste time and bandwidth

not sure if apple allows this tho :P
