HOWTO screens

Need to create howto images when the UI is ready:

1) After you press PLAY but before you get to the wheel. We need to show a
fullscreen picture of the wheel with a bubble stating that you can
doubletap to start the song. and Another bubble stating that you can change
speed and level of the game by tapping on the controls found on the top.

2) After you doubletap the song. While loading the song we will show RANDOM
howtos for the gameplay... kinda "did you know? bla bla".

Sorry, but most of those screen don't require a howto because they are pretty 
self
explanitory. All you need to know to figure out how to play is to know how to 
use an
iPhone. We just really wanted to get the "double tap the song" message out.
