Command format of doToday in UG #7

Similar to the command format of sort, to maintain consistency with the rest of the commands in the UG, it is possible to change the command format to doToday FLAG INDEX, with valid inputs of FLAG being -a or -r followed by the explanations of the FLAG inputs.
