How to set up permissions #45

Hi, I'm extremely new to Ultimate Core and can't figure out how to assign permissions to certain groups, and how to put people in certain groups. Could you please let me know

1 - what files to edit? 1- how to edit them to set up groups & permissions & assign players to them?
