Laundry reminder upgrade #227

I have been using Alexa to simply set a laundry reminder, purely on Alexa. It would be cool to have a more "enhanced" reminder that could be done through HA. This could turn the lights on in that room to catch my attention if I walk by in addition to sending a phone notification. It could even send repeat notifications if not acknowledged or something.

Would probably want a way to specify how long to wait, but this would be optional -- could hard code a value.

Alexa could prompt for a phone number to text to allow other people to use this feature...
