Have personal and guest bedtime, foyer always uses guest time #233

Related to #232, having different "night times" for when it is just me versus when there are guests might be good. The foyer, however, would always use the guest time since that has always stayed at higher brightness up until now for this possibility.

Done in 39a6134. Kept foyer at same brightness -- doesn't bother me much, and good to have just in case (e.g. someone visits at the front door).
