harmful park is starting fine...

I guess If you have CheatCart flashed you cant leave FreePSXBoot in slot2. Sometimes game starts fine I guess harmful park dose not... normally I keep it out just because but never knew the cart & slot2 would cause issues. no$ 2.1 seemed to not care weird

yeah I check few times it was because I have memory card in slot2 (FreePSXBoot) its weird that no$2.1 was not effected right?
