Red Screen #6

Title. Unirom loads as normal via FreePSXBoot, however i get a cyan screen, then no green bar - i get a completely red/pink-ish screen. What could be wrong?

Can you walk me through the steps? E.g. how does it load as normal if it doesn't load and gives you a coloured screen?
