Fix queries to be compatible with postgres #22

Note: after merging, postgres will have to be used instead of sqlite.

Migration strategy for local DB:

Create local postgres instance
Create postgres user called simsportal with password simsportal
Create DB called simsportal owned by user simsportal
Update .env with postgresql://simsportal:simsportal@localhost
Start server
Run pgloader --with "truncate" --with "disable triggers" --with "reset sequences" --with "data only" -v site.db pgsql://simsportal:simsportal@localhost/simsportal
