I've been looking through the beta examples of JavaFX 2.0 at http://www.oracle.com/technetwork/java/javafx/downloads/index.html and they all run really slow. Any idea as to why? (All the graphically intensive ones are hogging up one of my cpu cores.) I'm not on the hottest of computers but I do have a graphics card that should be able to do better than my cpu. :)

All I did was install the runtime from the link above and then ran the jnlp-files in the examples (cause the jar files complain that I have no JavaFX runtime installed). Are there any other steps I need to take? Environment path-issues?

Also, I notice that there is no sub-pixel AA on the text in any of the examples. I'm guessing this is an error on my end too? Or is this not a supported feature yet?

Finally, sorry if this is not your table but... I can't seem to find anyone else to ask. :P
