Is there something like Gluon Mobile that can be used to build native desktop OS X apps with JavaFX that can be submitted to App Store?

Similar to RubyMotion or Xamarin for C#?

I've been referred to Excelsior JET and a few other tools, but other than being extremely expensive, I contacted Excelsior and they said they are at the moment working on making Excelsior built apps such that they can be submitted to the Mac App Store.
