Currently if you select "Print and Play" appearance, the deck still prints with images. This isn't inherently incorrect, but seems counterintuitive to the purpose of printing a test deck with minimal bells and whistles to save on ink.
-Moving "Print and Play" from "Appearance" settings to "Print" settings.
-Add option to "Hide Images" in "Print" settings.
-Add option to switch colored Attack/Defense/Versatile/Scheme iconography over to grayscale versions (to save on colored ink).
