Unpatched skin files reloaded by PVR, breaking track info display for subsequent radio playback #1

When playing PVR in Xperience1080, the file DialogSeekBar.xml is reloaded from disk:

INFO: Loading skin file: DialogSeekBar.xml, load type: LOAD_ON_GUI_INIT

This causes the unpatched version of the skin file to be loaded, preventing track information from being displayed if Streaming Radio is used later in the same session.
