Unclear description of "Add store" function in UG #15

UG description for "Add store" ends at Step 3. There is no mention of entering the name of store, and what we should expect to see if store has been added successfully.

Team chose [severity.VeryLow] Originally [severity.Medium]

Reason for disagreement: I believe the severity should remain as "Medium" under documention bugs, because it is a rather significant issue on the Documentation side. There is no explanation on how to properly execute the "Add Store" command, and this forces users to trial and error with the software to figure out the usage of the command.
