Adding review page just disappears midway if i accidentally add an invalid number #6

Attempted to write a review, and when numerical rating page appeared, entering a number not in range from 1-5 automatically kicks user out. User design flaw, and also not mentioned in UG.

Team's Response

We did not want the user to be forced to give a rating if they did not wish to do so. This provides them a easy way to exit the add review.

Reason for disagreement: Team's response does not make sense. The purpose of a user entering the review page, is because they want to give a review + rating.

In the event of a typo error in the "Ratings" page, the software kicks the user out of the Review segment, which will waste the User's efforts in typing up the review. The intention of the user was never to exit the review.

The user would have entered "cancel" if he/she wanted to exit the Review page.
