Entry of blanks in "Adding Store" is not rejected #9

Adding of blanks is not rejected. Basically just pressing enter, with no input at all, allows the software to accept that value as a storename.

Team's Response

We chose to allow this behaviour because we want to allow the admins to add menus of a new store that has not been officially named yet.

Reason for disagreement: Team's response does not make sense. The menu naming and store naming are 2 separate features. There is no feature to change the name of the store, even if the team's justification attempt is true.
