Conflicts with zones. #3

Pretty sure this is conflicting with zones mod. This was the Zones mod we were trying to use in conjunction with it. http://forum.rustoxide.com/resources/zones.118/ Had to Completely remove mod to use vinegar.

If I were to gueplease related may I would say it has something to do with some form of Base protection p
