Handle syllabi in .docx, Google Docs formats #20

Currently I'm only reading PDF and HTML syllabi, but it'd be nice to be able to read other formats.

Great! I'll assign it to you, in that case. You can probably use something like docx2txt, the Python library. I've just added it to the nix config, so you don't need to download anything extra—just rerun nix-shell.

I also started a function here that you can use.
