Let's find a way to answer more of the original research questions by the end of the paper, so it doesn't sound too much like we're asking questions that we can't answer.

Here are the research questions/motivations we state at the beginning of the paper:
• Which texts are most frequently assigned, and cited? And which texts are excluded? Are there important outliers that deserve more attention? • Where are the disciplinary divides, and how can they be bridged? • What are similarities and differences between data ethics courses? • Which institutions, scholars, educators are innovating in this space? • What are the major topic areas?

In particular, I'd love for our analysis to shed light on:

  1. Where are the disciplinary divides based on citation patterns?
  2. What are the major topic areas based on citation patterns?

We can also look at abstracts of literature to do topic modeling, to identify major topic areas.
