Resolve instructors to ORCIDs #7

Each instructor should have a stable URI. Their family and given names should be separated. And their ORCIDs should be gathered somehow. This might be difficult to do automatically, if there are common names involved. Maybe this could be done quasi-automatically.

Ok, this is mostly done now. Not every instructor has an ORCID, and this could certainly be mitigated by doing some manual searching, but this should be fine for now.
