[Browse Items] Tag list links point to exhibits, not items #101

On the Browse all items page, when you click one of the top tags, it takes you to a search of the exhibits, not the items that have that tag.

Thanks for submitting this. Indeed, this should not be happening. Editing the title of this issue for specificity--let me know if it accurately reflects this problem.
