[Browse Exhibits] tag list lists item tags, not exhibit tags #123

The window with the tags on the Browse Exhibits is showing the tags for items, not for Exhibits. http://aphdigital.org/GVH/exhibits When you select the "browse by tag" icon, you get the right result.
