There are unnecessary spaces before some commas and periods in headers. #49

See, for example, 420071.xml which has unnecessary spaces after the "8" and the final "2" in the header, 320098.xml after "1911" and before the final period, and 320124.xml before the final period.

Checked the source doc and there are no spaces.
