Military flag removal #158

Military flags should contain a removal property that allows the attacking creeps to easily determine when the flag should be removed. Examples: 1 a flag labelled with a timer, causing creeps to lift the flag after a period has passed. 2 a flag labelled "rinse", causing creeps to lift the flag after the room has been cleared of owned structures. 3 a flag labelled "sanitize", causing creeps to lift the flag after the room has been cleared of all structures.
