fix: new installs failing #174

In this PR:

Backblaze has excluded our known-good installer from archive.org, so downloads (and attempts to save the installer again) will fail.
FORCE_LATEST_UPDATE is now true by default (set in the startapp.sh script)
DISABLE_AUTOUPDATE is now true by default because of this change

Fixes #173

Currently, I have no idea where we can get a known-good installer other than archive.org

Highly unfortunate as I had just gotten a backblaze yearly license and tried to install this container beforehand on UNRAID before experiencing issues. Google doesn't seem to be helpful for locating any installation binaries as well.
