Feature Request: Upload Speed Limit #39

Would it be possible to have an env variable that functions as an argument to traffic control in an entrypoint script, limiting the global upload speed?

The in-built throttling in the backblaze utility is kind of all-or-nothing.

Good idea. Could be done with the trickle command.
