Printing doesn't observe the specified layout #33

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Take any test case page
2. Try to Print/Print Preview in IE 7/8

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
What I see in the browser should match the print preview(I don't mind 
cropping but the overall layout should match). The print comes with all the 
HTML content, THEN the drawing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
SVN/Trunk as of 5/15/2009
