If you can help in anyway with this project I am very grateful. I don't really know where to start with this project which is in the very early stages.

This project can be part of your portfolio and full credit will be given for all contributions (if you are happy to), However to our charities clients and the local community it's about accessing every avenue of local support to help you with lifes difficulties.

My vision for this project is for it to be fully open sourced so that whilst this project is for my local area ( Nottinghamshire, UK ), it can be used by other area's to improve their communities also.

@Joncept i will take this challenge. first i will send over document latter if your happy with the flow i will build mobile app for you. if possible can you provide few more details like clients and the local community with one example so i can easily understand and build it for you:)
