Hey, The project looks interesting, however, please add a README about the status of it and the license under which it is distributed.

BTW, Do you still play Project IGI? For how long have you been playing it? Do you have a YouTube channel? Thanks for making such reverse engineering projects, it's sad that this amazing game stopped getting distributed and has no official modding tools.
