I found it difficult to find a decent guide to download 19c oracle on Mac OS. Could you suggest any good website or youtube that I can learn how to download oracle 19c Mac OS? Thank you.

As far as I know, Mac OS does not provide an Oracle database directly. It would help if you used oracle with Docker or VirtualBox. I recommend using VirtualBox. Please see this blog (https://www.databasestar.com/oracle-mac/)
