Well, ive tried with 0.3 - 0.9 - 2.0 - 2.1 - 2.2 <-(!!)
ive compiled donut - eclair - froyo <-(!!) + kernel 2.6.29/2.6.32
Nothing.
ive compiled adding hybrid broadcom driver (latest)
And driver works, but wireless not, really it seems it ever works, but
wpa_supplicant dont.
Trying to start wpa_supplicant it gives error.
Now im working in three ways:
- Adding Unionfs to write on system.
- Trying to update wpa_supplicant (sound too, it doesnt work neither)
- Trying to add iwconfig and use it instead of wpa_cli (based on wpa_supplicant)
Regards

Yes, android v.4 works well on my Acer d250. I've tried with eeepc and asus
versions. Wifi and sounds works fine.
There is one issue about Browser window that appears blank.
I think it depends from not accelerated graphic card.
Any suggestions?
Thanks in advance.

Perfect, android 3.2 RC2 target Asus works perfect on Acer D250. WiFi issue
disappear and native Browser works well (no need to disable OpenGl
acceleration).

I have an Aspire D255-168 with the Broadcom wifi card. I tried the ICS eee-pc
4.0.2 RC2.iso. Most things work, but the wifi doesn't ever get internet. It
initially found all the local networks and even connected (3 times) to my
router at 72 mbps, but it never had internet accees. Eventually the wifi
stopped working. There doesn't seem to be an option for wired ethernet in ICS?
I was running it off a USB thumb drive. Any ideas?

the laptops that have broadcom Wifi cards do not work with chrome os because
their drivers are not opensource, so you will not have any wi-fi.

False. I reached out to have wifi finally on that laptop with android os, I
never tried with chrome.
