Feature: Add support for eztime lib for NTP server and Posix #21

  1. remove a double line in OTA instructions line 513 and line 514
  2. add support for NTP server and Posix
    • NTP server will allow to run over the default server to a different one
    • Posix allows to change the summer and winter time by definition
