Improvements to remove the need for zip dependencies included within the repository

I've run this version on my display for the duration I've had this PR open and everything seems to be working fine. One last thing I will test will just be the updating of the display using this option to ensure everything works fine.

I've tested this functionality last night and everything looks good:

Tested an OTA update which worked without issue
Reset WiFi Credentials after updating the library and everything works as expected for connecting and resetting the device

Will look to merge this in later this week
