Added a feature to say whether a message that is presented on a schedule can be shown indefinitely rather then reset after a time duration
Added experimental feature for setting a device static IP address (#7)

Fixed issues with "DIRECT" WiFi connection which didn't work properly upon further testing
Fixed an issue with date/time presented in UI being incorrect due to daylight savings

Will be doing some testing with this software over this week/next and will look to merge in the near future
