[Suggestion] make mouselock on fall toggleable

so, i find it kinda annoying when your view is locked when falling as in me. perhaps, it's possible to make this thing toggleable in options?

It works like in original ME, don't see any reason to change that. You can always make a fork and do whatever you want.
