Updated the modal text to include a minor disclaimer regarding "risk" and to update references to more up-to-date data. @JonnyDawe can you confirm that this compiles (I couldn't test it locally)?

Looks great, thanks! Just resolved a merge conflict on font size, elsewise it looks golden!
