Shielddropping in P+ mode, on newest P+ does not work- Must use mody? #33

As the title said.

I am a b0xx r2 user, I am using the directinput mode with the P+ setting. Thank you.

Can't reproduce this. Shield dropping works normally for me. Tested with latest Project+ Dolphin 2.3.2.
