added Switch 'Capture' button output #68

The Brook Wingman FGC interprets the "Capture" button as the PS4/5 "Touchpad" button, which is often used in training/practice mode in games like Street Fighter and Tekken. Added a binding for Capture (L) in the FgcMode.

Did some testing - turns out the Wingman FGC treats HayBox/GP2040-CE's Switch backend differently than the instruction manual indicates. Brook shared this chart with me to toggle Touchpad simulation off/on, and this seems to work fine with a Switch Pro Controller. However, for HayBox/GP2040-CE Home+X and Home+B toggle the Minus button to function as PS "Share" or "Touchpad" buttons. I cannot get the capture button to function as a touchpad, and with this other toggle it seems unnecessary.
