Check wheel stress and speed scaling #23

I remember trying to increase the size of them, and when you get to about 30 m/s the stress bar reaches the maximum and they break. also i believe they werent powerful enough to accelerate on their own so i had to use rocket engines

but stress tolerance grows more than I expected (x4 ~ 40 wheel stress on 29 m/s, x8 ~ wheel are broken on 12 m/s). Probably because of the cube-square law, but maybe there is a way to add something to stats of wheels to make it more clear? also max speed in the stat will be helpful

This still needs some investigation, but at least scaled up wheels don't break super easily anymore.
