EVA Construction Mode: Placing a scaled part on the ground, then picking it back up... #36

...rescales the part to default scale until reattached, causing the nodes to be placed incorrectly. This also happens if the part is placed in the inventory instead.

Tank is attached per node to the bi-coupler: EVA_construction
